I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Counter-Toxic on a personal desktop device for private, non-commercial purposes only.

All rights, title, and interest in and to Counter-Toxic, including all assets, code, and content, are and remain the sole property of the Developer. You are granted a license to use the software, but you do not own it.

I may provide updates or patches that change or enhance Counter-Toxic. These may be applied automatically. Continued use of the App after an update signifies your acceptance of any changes.

This license is effective until terminated. I reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, with prior notice.

Counter-Toxic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. I make no guarantees regarding availability, stability, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Vinnytsya, Ukraine.
